Clifton Community Garden!

We've had the great fortune of being a part of the CCG this year, planting tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkins, cucumber, peppers, basil, cilantro and rosemary in the ground and in a raised cedar bed. The whole project is amazing, from the hard work of Mike & Elwood (Wilson's new best buddies) to the the cedar beds built by Youth Build, the scrumptious honey we've already sampled from the hives, and vegetables that Wilson's eating off the vine. (Remember, this is the kid whose main food groups are white and crunchy). It's been relaxing, educational and simply fulfilling. After all, we had to build our own little Victory garden to follow Michelle's lead, right?
