A Gift for My Daughter
I think we all dream of a better world for our children, and current events have motivated me to write a piece on mothering that has just been published on The Mothers Movement Online, http://www.mothersmovement.org/features/08/05/immigration.html. Thanks also to my sisters from Kentucky Feminist Justice, a group formed in 2007, for giving me the courage to try to get this out there.

I checked out the blogspot that Amanda left in our address bar while visiting over the weekend. I wanted you to know that I thought your article was eye-opening and inspiring, especially about the Ecuadorian mother. Keep up the good work.
