Mother's Day Potluck Picnic and Mama Mobilization

1-3PM
Where: Tyler Park (Baxter, just north of Eastern Parkway)
Activities on Sunday will include FREE CAKE and mama fellowship, craft activities for kids, and an information table. EVERYONE is welcome!
Around the country Mothers Acting Up, a national group dedicated to creating a lobby for children by mobilizing the mamas*, will be hosting events to help mamas move from concern to action on this very special day. From tea parties to parades, mamas will be celebrating Mother's Day in the way that it was intended by its creator Julia Ward Howe.
